Jurisdiction Assignment Solutions - EZGeoTM and EZGeo Online

EZGeo and EZGeo Online provide address scrubbing, address validation and tax jurisdiction assignment. In addition, the systems deliver county information, will determine if an address is in an unincorporated area or special tax district, and is certified by the state of FL for address to jurisdiction assignment. EZGeo and EZGeo Online drill down to the rooftop level based on US postal standards, enabling you to collect and remit the correct tax and deliver correct invoices the first time. The systems’ performance are extremely fast and support multiple data types, including standard address with Zip+4, street intersection, FIPS codes, XY Co-ordinates and Pcodes (BillSoft’s proprietary jurisdiction code).

EZGeo and EZGeo Online are also integrated with CASS certified software for address validation. EZGeo users have the capability to receive substantial postage discounts for their bulk mailings and all users see a higher degree of accuracy for carrier routes, 5-digit ZIP codes, ZIP+4 codes and delivery point addresses.

EZGeo runs on a stand-alone system at your facility and can be operated in batch mode or interactively through the JAVA API, with pricing based on a yearly maintenance and data fee. EZGeo Online is accessed via XML through an Internet connection, with pricing based on a monthly fee and per transaction fee.
